The blenders have a hydraulic wagon displacement. Your mixture is brought by a hydraulic cylinder from left to right on the two overhead rollers. These rollers open pneumatically during an emergency stop and are provided with a special coating layer that limits the adhesion of the rubber.
The blenders can be placed on your existing rolling mill. The blenders and silicone mixers have a standard construction.
