Triple-Engineering specialises in the sale and re-grinding of refinery rollers. Refining rollers are used, among other things, for the production of chocolate. The quality and smoothness of chocolate depends very much on the accuracy of the used refining rollers. The more wear-resistant the rollers and the better their cooling capacity, the greater the economic value of chocolate.
Our refiner rolls are made by cast iron.
Standard chilled cast rolls
The casting process for chilled cast iron and grey cast iron is using the static castic proces. The horizontal centrifugal casting is used for smaller rolls.
