Triple-Engineering is specialised in maintenance, optimization and sales of mixing rolls.

Triple-Engineering is gespecialiseerd in het onderhouden en verkopen van mengwalsen (mixing rolls). Die zijn nodig voor de productie van rubber- en plasticsamenstellingen (kunststof mengsels). Het uniform mengen van het materiaal vergroot de homogeniteit. Hoe slijtvaster de mengwalsen zijn en hoe beter de koelcapaciteit, hoe zuiniger en dus economischer het proces. De TIR en cilindriciteit is minder dan 0.02 mm. Een oppervlakte hardheid van min. 500 HV als standaard en minimum 580 HV voor de verhoogde slijtage uitvoering.

Chilled Cast Iron

Standard chilled cast rolls

The casting process for chilled cast iron and grey cast iron is using the static castic proces. The horizontal centrifugal casting is used for smaller rolls.
